The Shift Working Session

What to Expect

Shift is an art forward working session designed to move you from method to artistry.

This isn't a technique training. You’ve taken all the classes. You already cut hair well. What Shift does is sharpen your design acumen, turning solid work into distinctive, client-specific art that consciously reflects your signature aesthetic

❋ SEE

Build clear observation frameworks of what the client is actually presenting to you, deconstruct the anatomy of your past haircuts, and uncover how your habits influence your approach and the awareness of your work.

❋ DO

Apply that observation by adapting diverse methods to fit how you arrange a cut, build skills over time, and articulate what you’re doing.

❋ Create

Break the rules creatively while allowing your vision and decisions to shape individualized outcomes for your clients.
